Joshua Weidman has built several businesses in the Philadelphia Metro Area. He has been a full time investor for over 3 years.   Prior to WeBuyHomes2Fix.com, Josh developed two remodeling companies as well as a company to bring solar technology to the residential market place.

Josh’s experience in the remodeling industry has given him a strong foundation to pursue his passion as a Real Estate investor.  He holds a BA from the University of Maryland at College Park. Josh's strengths include marketing, business development, sales and negotiation, finance and market analysis. Ian Patrick

Bio:

Ian Patrick started his career path in the residential construction industry in 2002.  After several years of successful experience he rose to the ranks of Regional Vice President. In 2005 Ian began a management role with a house buying and investment company in Southern New Jersey. His involvement led him to an ownership role with Franchise Real Estate, LLC in the spring of 2008.

Today Ian's central focus is on client relations and property mangement.  Ian's day-to-day activity revolves around matching clients with great real estate investments at steep discount. Ian has built strong business ties with several of the largest residential real estate buyers in the city of Philadelphia. His focus is helping investors develop and expand their businesses whether they are investing in their first property or purchasing the next of thousands.

Ian says, "At the end of the day, the only thing I am concerned with is making sure that our clients get a good deal on a property.  If we can make a profit and the investor can make a great profit, I have done my job."

William "Bill" Kratz

Acquisitions Agent & Networking Liaison

Bio:

Bill grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia where he attended Downington High School. He moved to Pittsburgh in 2004 to start and grow an event planning business with a high school friend. In 2006 Bill returned to Philadelphia to pursue his passion: real estate investing. Since that time he has bought, flipped, wholesaled and rented several properties. Bill is a member of Diversified Investors Group where he periodically speaks in small groups about wholesaling and investing.

In August of 2008, Bill joined the Franchise Real Estate team as a negotiator and property inspector. During his first 12 months with the company, Bill has inspected and made offers on over 300 properties and placed 112 houses under contract. Bill is a fierce, expert negotiator with a strong background in marketing and sales. Bill is a key presenter at The Wholesale Academy where he speaks about “The Art of Negotiating a Deal.” 

Bill loves networking and meeting new people, learning about real estate, and sharing his knowledge and experience with others. In his spare time Bill enjoys trips to the beach, dining at new restaurants, and spending time with his niece and nephew. Send him an email or give him a call.

Robert "BJ" Foglio

Bio:

Rob Foglio is a native of Northern New Jersey. In 2005 he attended Drexel University where he achieved a bachelor's degree in Behavioral and Addiction Conseling Sciences graduating with honors. After graduation Rob ran a group home for troubled teenagers in Southern New Jersey. Since his high school years, Rob always had a passion for real estate.

In 2008, Rob joined Franchise Real Estate, LLC and began working as a bird dog as part of the WeBuyHomes2Fix.com partnership mentoring program. Upon completion of the training program, Rob became a full-time member of our team involved in field based marketing. Rob's excellent interpersonal skills have contributed to more than 3000 property leads and 100 closings.

Rob describes himself as the type of guy that would go stir crazy in a cubicle. He loves interacting with people and being out and about on the town. In his spare time he's an avid dart and billiard player, jui-jitsu practitioner, and loves to cook. It should be noted that readers should never bet against Rob in a darts game.
