ÂFranchise Real Estate, LLC is a local home buyer and wholesale real estate company. We operate under the names of two sister websites: WeBuyHomes2Fix.com and WeSellHomes2Fix.com. In developing our wholesale real estate business we acknowledge the expertise and professionalism that few Realtors offer to their clients. We extend the Franchise Real Estate Community Representative Program for those unique professionals.
Each month Franchise Real Estate spends thousands of dollars to generate hundreds of leads for motivated sellers from all over the Philadelphia market. Of these leads, as many as 10 residential and commercial properties are placed under contract. Each of our Community Representatives has extensive knowledge and experience in a specific neighborhood in Philadelphia. When we place properties under contract in these neighborhoods, the Representative is the first point of contact because of their extensive knowledge of the area. We expect feedback as to the viability of the sale as well as a suggested price to market the property to our investors. In return the Representative will be given semi-exclusive access to the property with their investors/buyers for a period of 3-4 days. These are exclusive private listings priced well below market value, and can provide for excellent compensation.
