Franchise Real Estate, LLC is a Real Estate wholesaling and investing company started in 2007. Our principals combine their knowledgeable backgrounds in finance, construction, marketing, private lending and property management to offer exceptional insight into the industry. From the initial step of finding the property, to securing financing, then assembling and managing a construction team through the final steps of property management or resale, Franchise Real Estate has assembled all the pieces necessary to unsure a lucrative project.

Each month we sift through hundreds of motivated sellers to find those few gems in the rough. Fewer than 3% of the properties we evaluate are presented to investors. They understand the need keep their numbers tight and complete work on time. Our team works with investors to find a contractor that fits the needs and budget of the project. The goal is to finish on time and on budget.
Property management provides the opportunity of a hands-off investment, but can leave an investor vulnerable if the management company does not perform.
